Any quote or estimate provided by Bolaños HVAC — whether over the phone, by email, or via our website — is an estimate only and is subject to change based on on-site assessment, parts availability, and actual scope of work. A final price will be confirmed before work begins.

5. Scheduling and Appointments

Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by a Bolaños HVAC representative. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for non-emergency appointment changes or cancellations. Emergency services are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

6. SMS Communications

By submitting a contact or quote request form on our website, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from Bolaños HVAC related to your service request, including scheduling links, confirmations, and reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

9. Warranty

Bolaños HVAC warrants that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Warranty terms for parts and labor will be provided at time of service. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are subject to the respective manufacturer's terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
